This section collects the people who made The Real Ghostbusters (1986-1991): the voice cast who played the team, along with the writers, story editors, and directors credited across the show's run. The pages listed below cover the individual cast and crew members.

The core ghostbusting team was voiced by Maurice LaMarche as Egon Spengler and Frank Welker as both Ray Stantz and Slimer for the entire series. Peter Venkman was first played by Lorenzo Music and later by Dave Coulier, while Arsenio Hall and then Buster Jones voiced Winston Zeddemore. Janine Melnitz was voiced by Laura Summer and later Kath Soucie.

Behind the scripts, J. Michael Straczynski served as a story editor and one of the most prolific writers on the series, alongside contributors such as Michael Reaves and Richard Mueller. The crew pages gathered here document those writers and the directors who worked on the show.
