Here's my GB1 Belt Gizmo. Based off of the ICC-808d (I just found out that I may have based it off a ICC-804d by Sanyo.) and an amalgamation of what little screenshots of the GB1 daughter board I could find and the GB2 stunt belt gizmo. Originally, I bought Nick-O-Tron's Gizmo kit but then decided to go for a more accurate look. I did end up using his nixie rest from the kit. Made from IV-9 Numitron Nixie tubes (which appears to NOT be accurate as my research shown that Sanyo made their own Nixies), real ceramic capacitors, resistors, diodes, etc. The chips and the board are made from styrene sheets, which is an idea i'd have to credit Jack Doud for. The gold circuits are made from paper clips. Many old electronics were harmed in the making of this prop. The green error window was made by taking the barrel of a clear pen, inserting a nixie circuit board and the transparent green sheet was cut out of a 20 oz. bottle of Sprite. Very simple, but ultimately effective.
