This is a GB1 style ghost trap, made using Nick-a-Trons amazing trap kit. Real Raytheon knob and fuse label from JoeLuna, cosmetic plating, side rods and trap hose/connectors from Colin at MMM, Vector plating from Dimensional Fabrications, i think everything else was from the GBFans store. Front GB1-style knobs are actually resin, sent FOR FREE by Nick-a-Tron, and the pedal bellows are made from a car steering rack gaiter! The kit was so well made and easy to put together i should thank Nick-a-Tron for the finished article!

Does it do anything? Is it like a hero trap or is it like a stunt trap in that like it doesn’t do anything or does it do something? either way it looks amazing and I love it. The ghost trap is my all-time favorite Ghostbusters replica. That was the thing that captured my imagination. Everyone loves the proton pack proton pack comes second for me, but the ghost trap was my favorite. I’ve been working on my own plywood trap myself, but I’ve been stuck on two years on the electronics alone which is a pain in the ass. Unfortunately, I kind of like to make my props with high expectations of like actual like functionality meaning like it has to open and close and the cartridges removable is designed with wires in mind.
