this is a proton pack that i bought off of ebay earlier this year. despite reading numerous forums on here saying its a risky move to buy a fully built pack on ebay, unfortunately i dont have the proper tools and equipment to make one from scratch so i had to buy it. im gonna need more than just a dremel 7300 (which is all i have, btw) to build a pack. but i did do enough research not to buy from videobob. plus, i dont think he builds wooden packs, which is what this pack is mostly made out of. although i think the pack is awesome, and being the fan that i am, i noticed a few inaccuracies i felt needed an upgrade and since getting this pack, ive been buying real parts from various sources in order to replace the crappy looking resin parts. i have to give credit where credit is due; most of the parts ive bought are from the GBfans shop. ive also bought a GB2 ion rod from anhcon (franchesky) and a booster tube plug from nick-a-tron. so far i think its starting to look like a real deal proton pack. theres still some more work to be done and i shall document it with pictures as i go along.
