I started on this pack about 5 years ago. At the time I could only find 2 pages of Norms first pack plans. It was there for put together from may different mesurements and a lot of observation. There are may things wrong with it and alot of things weren't put together as well as it should. That being said it has still held up for a number of Halloweens and conventions.
