Proton Pack

This is my first attempt at a proton pack prop.. I've invested quite a bit of time into it, and would say I've spent around $150 piecing the whole thing together so far. I know it isn't quite screen accurate, but it's also a little ways from being done. --------------- Update - 7/25/07 This thing, is a nightmare. I was so impressed with it, back in January. I've spent so much time on this board, staring at pictures and seeing what everyone is capable of.. It almost makes me cry just looking at this thing. At least it's got the battery cell lights and cyclotron lights.. I have a lot of work to do to this pack, to make it even just a little more screen accurate. As is, the only accurate thing about it is the color of the lights, the shape of the cyclotron and the fact that it's mounted to an Alice frame. I see myself adding a few more touches to this, to help it a long the way, and then being done with it. Then, I'll have the building experience under my belt to begin work on an accurate pack! --------------- Update - 10/22/07 I've touched up a few portions of the pack to make it a bit more accurate. I think it would probably be easier to just build a new one, more to "spec," but I just can't give up on updating this one. Any feedback on the progress would be fantastic. --Update-- I purchased a fiberglass shell earlier this year and began working on it. It's still no where near completion, but it's getting there. To be honest, I've not had the time or money to invest in really working on it..but I'll try to get some pictures up soon on the progress I've made.
