Decided to make a working PKE Meter out of the video that RuBuin whipped up based on the video game PKE (http://www.gbfans.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=14588). It was made out of a plastic box found in the electrical isle at a hardware store, pipe, earpieces from 2 pairs of sunglasses, LEDs and a hacksaw blade to make the wings move up and down. End result?
