Proton Pack

This is my Proton Pack, it started as a halloween costume, but even after halloween I found myself playing around with it and working on it.
It's my first prop attept, and even though I'm not 100% done I wanted to put it up anyways. I used wood for most of it, with the exception of some wires, hose, lights, ect. (It was all made from stuff I had at home) For my Pack I used the straps off an old book bag. The red lights are done with "For Sale" signs lit up from the back, I got that idea off this site. I also made the stickers with my printer, I got most of them off a website. One of the main problems I had was attaching the gun to the pack, I made the pack as I went along and due to my lack of planning ahead,I didn't make the pack wide enough to attach my holster. So I had to attach the gun where the Gear box is. I also put a black elastic on the front of the pack to hold the gun from moving around too much, it looks kinda odd but it does the job. Instead of a ribbon cable I twisted 3 wires together.(I was short of time and supplies) My bumper is 1/4" plywood painted grey and my ion knob is just a screw on top of a nut, not the best, but it'll do for now, and one other thing I really want to change about it is the green hose, I want a black one. My Particle Thrower was a rectangular piece of wood with a handle and the top of a broom stick on the other end, (I did all the shaping of the body recently). I added wires and a foam grip on the shooting end. I wanted it to look more like "The Real Ghostbusters" gun because I used comics for reference pics and I liked the foam look on the end of the gun. I put a light in the top of the gun, it' a blinking St.Patricks day magnet from the dollar store inside a piece of copper and covered with a clear blue plastic bottle. I plan on adding buttons later, when I get some. Well thats just about it, I hope you enjoy, and please post your messages, I want to know what you think.
