Vector Frame

1 min read

The Vector Frame is made by Vector Electronics and Technology inc. It is referred to as Frame-Loc Rails There are two different sizes that are used on production traps Trap Side Wall Vector Frame image This style is the SR-2 Vector Frame Loc Rail. On the Ghost Trap is used to hold the CAL-R resistor, which is then put on to the 'starboard' side cosmetic plating of the Ghost trap. The Vector Frame here is measured to be 2 in. by 3-1/2 in. and screwed into the trap using 4 countersunk 4-40 Allen cap screws on the outside wall. This size was used on most stunt traps Ghost Trap Pedal Vector Frame image The Vector Frame Loc Rail on the Ghost Trap pedal is model SR-3 Is used as a foot pedal to open and close the trap. The plate was altered by having the first outermost channel cut off both ends. It is hinged on the one end and sits up on top of a spring bellow . The Frame measures appx 3" X 6-1/2"
The SR-3 was cut down and modified to be used on the side of the hero traps to mount the cal-r resistor. image
