The Bar Graph is the vertical scrolling orange light on the Neutrona Wand. While its purpose is unclear, it may coincide with the Power Cell on the pack itself.
At least one GB1 Hero Wand (pictured) has been documented as having a fully scrolling light. This particular gun appears to be the one currently on display in Sony's lobby in California.
