The Motherboard is where everything is mounted to. Much like on a computer, the inside of an actual Proton Pack would hold all the electronic bases and gizmo's to run the Pack. However on most props, it mostly holds electronic kits and it's where the pack is mounted to using L-Brackets or Wooden Set Ups. Motherboards can be either made from Wood or Aluminum.
