Chris Ginesi

Chris Ginesi is an American actor and playwright based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He trained with the Meisner Technique Studio (graduating in 2007) and later earned an MA in Acting from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2016, which included an acting residency at Shakespeare's Globe in London.
As the founder and former artistic director of Narrow Way Stage Company, Ginesi oversaw the production of more than forty plays. He has won twelve awards for his stage work, among them the San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle Award for Best Actor for his portrayal of Biff in Death of a Salesman.
In Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire (2024), Ginesi appeared as one of the Firefighters from 1904, part of Hook and Ladder Company 8 stationed at 14 North Moore Street. In mid-July 1904, the company is dispatched to the Manhattan Adventurers Society, where they discover a strange freezing mist and find the entire ballroom and its occupants frozen solid. The fire captain's hand freezes to the door; the other firefighters free him and break the doors open with their axes. They encounter an armored woman (Garraka) whose sudden awakening shatters the frozen guests in front of them. The company is credited in the film as "Firefighters (1904)." Costume designer Alexis Forte replicated the yellow "8" on the helmets, drawing on Ruth Myers's original design from the first Ghostbusters film for the numbering style. His other screen credits include American Sweatshop (2025) and The Cut (2024).
