Deeivya Meir is a British actress, singer, voice artist, writer, and producer of Guyanese-Indian heritage, based between London and Los Angeles. In 2010, she received the Norman Beaton Radio Drama Award, joining the BBC Radio Drama Company, which marked an early milestone in a career that has extended across theatre, television, voice work, and independent production.
Her stage work includes the National Theatre production of Coram Boy and the Olivier Award-winning West End production of Life of Pi at Wyndham's Theatre. On British television she has appeared in Roadkill (BBC One), Manhunt (ITV), The Feed (Amazon Prime), Sky's The Midwich Cuckoos, EastEnders, and The Bill. In voice work, she is known for lending her voice to Ginny Weasley in a Harry Potter video game, the BAFTA-winning game Divinity: Original Sin II, and Dreamfall Chapters. Her investigative podcast Untold: The Daniel Morgan Murder drew over 10 million listeners and won a British Podcast Award.
In Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire (2024), Meir appeared as a Reporter covering the supernatural crisis unfolding in New York City.
