Dusan Rokvic

Dusan Rokvic is a Serbian actor and occasional assistant director with a career spanning several decades. He has worked across Yugoslav and international productions, with assistant directing credits on films including Underground (1995) and Jevreji Dolaze (1992), as well as the documentary Battle for the Arctic (2009). On screen, his credits include the television series Wynonna Earp and the action film Burlesque Assassins (2012).

In Ghostbusters: Afterlife (2021), Rokvic appeared as the Landlord, the property owner who evicts the Spengler family from their residence at the start of the film, setting the events of the story in motion. The character is credited as "Landlord," though an eviction notice visible in the film's first trailer identified him by the name Matthew Cohen.
