Ralph Monaco is an actor who appeared in Ghostbusters II (1989) as the Police Sergeant, one of the law enforcement officers involved in the aftermath of the Ghostbusters' activities on First Avenue.
Monaco's contribution to the franchise extended beyond his on-screen role. In IDW Publishing's Ghostbusters comic series, the recurring character Officer Monaco, a New York Police Department officer who appears in Ghostbusters Volume 2 Issue #10, is both visually based on and named in tribute to Ralph Monaco.
