Early life
Germinario grew up in Tampa, Florida, in a Cuban and Italian family.1 He developed a passion for performance at age five after watching his father appear in community theatre productions, and he took part in local productions himself, including playing Tiny Tim in a staging of A Christmas Carol.1 In 2008 he moved to New York City to pursue formal training, enrolling at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, where he studied through the CAP21 and Lee Strasberg Studio programs and earned a BFA in Acting.1
Career
Germinario is a member of Actors' Equity Association and has performed Off-Broadway, in national tours, and in regional productions across the United States.1
His stage work includes the solo show Bradley Cole, which won a FringeNYC Award; a regional run of Buyer and Cellar at Florida Studio Theatre, Riverside Theatre, and Cardinal Stage Company; and original New York productions at The Tank (Rough Trade), Theatre For The New City (More Than All The World), MT Factory (Boys Who Tricked Me), Dixon Place (When I Started Dating Men), Laurie Beechman Theatre (The Paige Turner Holiday Shows), and ArtHouse (Caveman Play).2
His screen credits include Livin' the Dream, An Actor Unprepared, and The Feast of Stephen, a short film directed by James Franco.34 He voiced the title character Peter in Peter Panic, a musical theatre video game published by Adult Swim Games,5 and portrayed Jasper in The World To Come, a musical podcast directed by Rachel Klein.6
Germinario began stand-up comedy in 2017 and performs regularly at clubs throughout New York City.1 He is also known for a series of character impressions of Food Network personalities, including Ina Garten (the Barefoot Contessa) and Ree Drummond (the Pioneer Woman), which accumulated around 38,000 followers on TikTok and 15,000 on Instagram and received coverage in international outlets.1 He has been a member of the prestigious Maude Night sketch comedy program at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York, performing with his team 11:11.7
Germinario is the co-host of My Broadway Memory, a podcast distributed through Broadway Podcast Network.8
Teaching
Germinario teaches comedy workshops at NYU and at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, as well as at organizations and institutions across the country.9

Germinario was cast in Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire alongside Michael Kushner, his husband, as a Tourist Couple Looking at a Map.10 The scene called for the pair to run while appearing overheated, with a high-speed fan blowing directly into the actors' faces throughout filming. The scene was cut before the theatrical release of the film.
Personal life
Germinario is married to actor Michael Kushner, who shared his cut scene in Frozen Empire.1 The couple has a French Bulldog named Sandwich and renovates a lake house in upstate New York together.1
