Stella Irene August Aykroyd (born April 5, 1998) is an actress, writer, and filmmaker, and the youngest of three daughters born to actor and Ghostbusters co-creator Dan Aykroyd and actress Donna Dixon. Her sisters are Danielle Aykroyd (who records music as Vera Sola) and Belle Aykroyd. Beyond acting, she has been involved in documentary filmmaking and environmental advocacy work, including projects connected to organizations such as Sea Shepherd and Riverkeeper.
In Ghostbusters: Afterlife (2021), Stella Aykroyd appeared as Deputy Medjuck, a local law enforcement officer in Summerville, Oklahoma. The character's name is a tribute to longtime Ghostbusters producer Joe Medjuck. It was her first major feature film role, and she appeared in the film alongside her father, who has a cameo as Ray Stantz. She has also appeared in the short film Don't Mind Alice (2017) and the television series Born to Explore (2011).
