Toby Huss

Tobias Huss (born December 9, 1966, in Marshalltown, Iowa) is an American actor and voice artist whose career spans comedy, drama, animation, and stage. He developed a passion for performance at the University of Iowa, participating in No Shame Theatre, and subsequently built a versatile screen career across decades. He is perhaps most widely heard as the voice of Kahn Souphanousinphone and Cotton Hill on the long-running animated series King of the Hill (1997-2010, 2025-present) and as a recurring voice on Beavis and Butt-Head. In live-action television, he portrayed the enigmatic Felix "Stumpy" Dreifuss on HBO's period drama Carnivale (2003-2005), the frontier capitalist Artie on Nickelodeon's The Adventures of Pete and Pete (1993-1996), John Bosworth on AMC's Halt and Catch Fire (2014-2017), and the patriarch Edward Dickinson on Apple TV+'s Dickinson (2019-2021).

In Ghostbusters: Answer the Call (2016), Huss portrayed Officer Stevenson, the skeptical police officer who repeatedly questions and confronts the Ghostbusters during the film's ghost-invasion storyline. The character also appears in several deleted scenes included on home-video releases.
