Janine's "Fairy Godmother" has "helped" her in many a time of woe, especially involving Egon... She usually visits by night and manifests over Janine's bed or in her mirror. You first see her in the episode, "Janine, You've Changed{.wikilink}". She wants Janine to be perfect just liker her. Makeoverus grants Janine whatever wish, as long as it be appearance-changing, for that is the goal of this evil fairy spirit.
