Egon Spengler (6 Inch Slimed Edition)

Going around the belt we see a pair of gloves, his radio, the yellow tube that connects from his leg to the back of his belt, and the aptly titled "Belt Gizmo". Now of course you're wondering how the Proton Pack looks, in a word: spectacular! [row][cell] [/cell][cell] Now of course the prop enthusiasts will notice discrepancies in shape, size, stickers, etc... but from a huge Ghostbuster fan only, the pack is just awesome. All the little grooves and knobs are well represented. The rainbow ribbon cable is multi-colored (though the paint is a touch sloppy looking), the cyclotron's lights are all red and the power cell is blue. The Neutrona Wand attaches to the pack in the same spot as in the movie (though not exactly the same way (the wand has a small hole in it for the connecting insert). [/cell][/row]

Don't get me wrong, the wand looks awesome, is highly detailed, and well painted. But posed too long in the wrong direction and the wand may stay deformed. [/cell][cell] [/cell][/row]

[/cell][cell] Egon's likeness to Harold Ramis is pretty darn close in my eyes; he even has the puffy hair (and I'm not talking the blond curly thing from the Real Ghostbusters either). The only thing really missing from this figure is a PKE Meter. Besides a couple fanboyish complaints I'd say Slimed Egon is a most excellent start to what appears to be a very promising line of 6" figures. [/cell][/row]

[row][cell] Packed with Slimed Egon is none other than the Ugly Little Spud himself, Slimer. Slimer comes with a tall stand that makes him eye-level with Egon, and Slimer himself is just a lil bulkier than the Slimer released with the Polar Lights Ecto-1, and much better sculpted. Slimer is made with a clear green plastic and has his eyes and mouth painted in detail. His arms can move at the shoulders, elbows, and wrists; so he is somewhat poseable, but very limited. As a pack in Ghost, Slimer is gorgeous, and well represented. Hopefully we see this kind of work with future pack-in ghosts. [/cell][cell] [/cell][/row]
