Wee bit different than the other spirits / Walmart traps.
Completely redesigned gearbox, I’m not to keen on the belt drive though.
Same idea, split shell. But easy to add / upgrade as its very modular and lots of space.

I made some models of the upper forward and aft U-stanchions that hold the Spengler Wand.
They were very flimsy and flexible and tend to bend and warp.
3d printed ones are MUCH stronger and won’t bend. I made exact replicas of the originals, so they are 99% like the ones that came with the stand …

Anyone have a unused gearbox assembly from a Rubies Trap? I’d like to 3d model it in Solidworks and print it out. I can add a motor, gearing, limit switches and a Arduino to handle the logic.
Be a nice to just drop these into the Spirit Traps since the Rubies are extremely scarce lately and Spirits…

I have about 7 sets of these, male/female. They look like a good candidate for the cannon plug connector that Spengler had on his pack to disconnect his wand. I used a much smaller version of this before the movie came out, but this one looks to be more correct sized..
Thoughts?

Anyone have one of those grey CNU-239/E Sonobuoy shipping/storage containers on their Ecto? If so, how did you go about attaching it? I tried using two uni-strut 90 Degree peices and bolting that to a 2x4. Worked OK but wasn’t the prettiest sitting on our makeshift Dodge Journey Ecto Conversion f…
