So as I research my proton pack project I’ve noticed there is a wide variety of motherboards used.
Aluminum (as used in the film), MDF/ MDO (Why? Why? Why?), resin, fiberglass and even cardboard!
Aluminum though light can get heavy (and hot) depending on the thickness (gauge ) of the material.

WOW! This has been a LONG time coming!
I was probably one of the first GB costume makers back in 1984 (I’m trying to find the photos! They are classic 80’s GOLD!) and now fast forward into the new Century and it’s great to see this film franchise alive and well!
