I'm a father of 4, happily married, but missing a hobby in my life. I've dabbled in prop and costume making. Even built my own Proton Pack one year for Halloween out of plywood, scrap wood, PVC, a pie pan, foam, Christmas lights, and some back pack straps. It looked cool, won some contests, but it didn't survive after that Halloween. My wife just got me the Lego Ecto-1 for Christmas and I had it put together in about 45 min or so. Only problem now is that it brought me back to being 8 years old watching Ghostbusters I & II and The Real Ghostbusters. I want to start collecting the figures again, playsets, replicas, posters, it's my iPhone background, I picked up all the comics, and I want to get a more realistic Proton Pack and Slime Blower that looks amazing but is also durable. I even want to turn my white Chevy Cruze into a Ghostbusters Company Car. I'd really love to use the car, Proton Pack/Slime Blower, and costume to start doing some charity work at a few of the children's hospitals near me. So please folks help me please, so I can go help some kids that need it.
