Can I get some feedback on this flightsuit and boots please for accuracy?

I’d appreciate some advice on lining up these two shell halves before I commit.
They will need some filling and sorting out but wanted to know if this looked OK.
Some bits don’t match at all.

I’m lucky enough to have access to 3D printers, so have the bulk printed out now. This is the cheapest option for me so I know there will be a lot of sanding and filling to get a good finish.
