So I have the throwing chicken resin thrower kit and the ear on the front of the front handle is kinda ugly. The wires are sticking all the way through for the blast stream and the light. is this a common problem and if it is what have you done to make it a little better?

So I’ve got my GB1 pack/uniform done for myself. Now I’m doing some research for making the 2016 pack for my wife. I’ve gotten some reference photos but nothing that really gives dimensions or scale.
