I was blessed as a child (despite being born in 1985) of growing up with my favourite TV show The Real Ghostbusters, not to mention the films of course.
I wish I had taken better care of the toys that I got as a child and suffice to say, unfortunately, none of them exists anymore.
I don't know why as a child, I had a fascination with the Containment Unit. I loved it when episodes involved the CU. I have never really understood why, I 'spose there is some mystique to it, especially when you got the rare chance to go inside it and see your favourite villains or heroes, I refer to Mr Stay Puft, dependant on what mood he was in. I.E. Compare "Cry Uncle" to "Revenge Of Murray The Mantis". The Containment Unit also had a funny way of being sinister and you never knew what could happen with. Again, Uncle Cyrus releasing 'Stay Puft' or near catastrophe in "Killwewatt".
