August 2026 marks 30 years since the creation of Spook Central, making it the longest-running, still-active Ghostbusters website on the internet. To commemorate the occasion, some exclusive merchandise is available in the Spook Central Shop.
Founded in August 1996 by Paul Rudoff, Spook Central has served as a comprehensive Ghostbusters reference and fan resource for three decades. The site has called several homes over the years, thanks in large part to the ongoing support of Raffaele Ruffaldi, and can now be found directly at spook-central.com.
To mark the milestone, Rudoff commissioned artist Dan Schoening to create an exclusive 30th Anniversary illustration of Slimer, the site's longtime mascot. The artwork features on the Spook Central 30th Anniversary Commemorative Coin, a 2-inch metal coin with a subtle glow-in-the-dark effect on both Slimer and the Spook Central logo. The coin is limited to a total production run of 102 and will not be reprinted once sold out.

For those who prefer something different, the 30th Anniversary design is also available on a range of products through the Spook Central TeePublic store, including t-shirts, magnets, stickers, mugs, and more.
Here's to 30 years of Spook Central, and to everyone who has been part of the journey.
