This section collects the cast of Ghostbusters II, the 1989 film directed by Ivan Reitman. The pages below cover the performers and the roles they played, from the four Ghostbusters down to the supporting parts and bit roles credited in the film.
The principal cast carried over from the first film: Bill Murray as Peter Venkman, Dan Aykroyd as Ray Stantz, Harold Ramis as Egon Spengler, and Ernie Hudson as Winston Zeddemore. Sigourney Weaver returned as Dana Barrett, Rick Moranis as Louis Tully, and Annie Potts as Janine Melnitz.
The sequel added Peter MacNicol as the restorer Janosz Poha and Wilhelm von Homburg as the villain Vigo the Carpathian. A large supporting and bit-part cast fills out the rest of the section.
