Arsenio Hall originally played the voice of Winston Zeddemore in the first season of The Real Ghostbusters cartoon show. Arsenio Hall tried out for the part of Winston with other voice actors including Ernie Hudson, the actor who played the character in the movies Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II. Amazingly, Arsenio Hall was actually chosen for the part instead of Ernie Hudson.
