Celeste O'Connor (born December 2, 1998, in Nairobi, Kenya) is an actress best known to Ghostbusters fans for portraying Lucky Domingo in Ghostbusters: Afterlife (2021) and Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire (2024). Lucky is a Summerville teenager who becomes entangled in the Spengler family's encounter with Gozer and later joins the Ghostbusters Engineer Corps in New York City.

O'Connor portrays Lucky Domingo across both films in the Afterlife continuity and the character's subsequent appearances in IDW comic miniseries. Lucky begins as a roller-hop waitress at Spinners in Summerville, Oklahoma, and eventually takes on a full role as an Engineering Intern with the New York Ghostbusters.

Early in pre-production, on March 12, 2019, trade reports indicated that Jenna Ortega was "high on the list" of actresses being considered for the role described in casting breakdowns as "TEEN GIRL (Female/17/Lead) - Works at a local American Graffiti style carhop on roller skates. She's cool and quick witted." By July 8, 2019, O'Connor had signed onto the cast.
The character's name was kept under wraps for years. Lucky's name was first revealed publicly on March 28, 2021, when a pre-order listing for the Hasbro Plasma Series Lucky figure appeared prematurely on Amazon U.K., describing her as someone who "works at the local drive-in diner and isn't afraid to stir up a little trouble."
The official reveal came on June 8, 2021, during Ghostbusters Day promotional events. O'Connor described the character at that time: Lucky had always wanted to leave her home town, then meets the new kid at the diner where she works, gets involved in his story, and finds the courage, determination, and adventure she had always been looking for.
