Career
Television
Green's breakthrough came in 1996 when she was cast as Libby Chessler, the sharp-tongued high school rival of Melissa Joan Hart's title character, on the WB/ABC sitcom Sabrina, the Teenage Witch. She appeared in approximately 46 episodes across the first three seasons (1996-1999), making Libby one of the show's most recognizable recurring antagonists.1 After Sabrina, she built a steady television resume with guest appearances on ER, Dharma & Greg, Cold Case, Ghost Whisperer, Castle, Bones, and Blue Bloods (2022), among others.1
Theater
Green's stage career accelerated substantially in the mid-2000s. She originated the role of Nessarose on the First North American Tour of Wicked, which opened in March 2005.12 During the tour she also understudied the lead role of Elphaba and ultimately performed that role more than 40 times.1 She left the national tour in March 2006 and transferred to the Broadway production, making her Broadway debut.2 She played Nessarose on Broadway through December 31, 2006, then reprised the role in the original Los Angeles production from February through December 2007.1
Her other theater credits include the Off-Broadway production of Bare: A Pop Opera (as Ivy),2 The Who's Tommy (2008), The Anthem (2014), and Los Angeles-area productions of The Secret Garden, Into the Woods, and West Side Story.1

Green's film work includes First Shot (2002), Open House (2004), You Again (2010), I Am Michael (2015), Skin (2018), and Wild Indian (2021).1
Ghostbusters
Green contributed guest voices to two Season 1 episodes of Extreme Ghostbusters in 1997, both produced by Koko Enterprise Company, Ltd.
In "Mole People" (episode 33, first aired November 27, 1997, written by Reed Moran and directed by Vic Dal Chele),3 Green voiced Persefineathious, nicknamed "Steffi," a young woman from a community of Sub Dwellers living beneath New York City. Steffi enlists the Extreme Ghostbusters to prove that her people were not responsible for a series of power outages actually caused by ancient Energy Demons. She and Garrett Miller develop a connection over the course of the episode. Green appeared alongside fellow guest voice actors David Beron, Susan Blu, and Michael Gough.3
In "Witchy Woman" (episode 40, first aired December 8, 1997, written by Robin Bernheim and directed by Alan Caldwell),4 Green voiced Wanda, the leader of three college-age witches who summon the Celtic deity Cernunnos in an attempt to gain popularity and exact revenge on classmates who wronged them. Wanda and her circle ultimately target Kylie Griffin as a potential fourth member before resorting to tricking Eduardo Rivera into completing the ritual. Other guest voice actors in the episode included Allyce Beasley, Linda Blair, and Ron Feinberg.4
