Judy Ovitz is an actress and arts patron who has been married to Hollywood talent agent Michael Ovitz since 1969. Michael Ovitz was one of the most powerful agents in the industry during the 1980s and 1990s and represented several key figures in the Ghostbusters franchise, including Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis, Bill Murray, and director Ivan Reitman. Judy Ovitz is also a noted supporter of the Ojai Playwrights Conference, which has honored her for her contributions to theater development.
In Ghostbusters II (1989), Judy Ovitz appeared as the Slimed Restaurant Patron, a brief role in one of the film's key sequences involving the supernatural pink slime. She also appeared in Back to the Future Part II (1989), directed by Robert Zemeckis, and in Ivan Reitman's Junior (1994), continuing her appearances in productions connected to the same Hollywood circle her husband represented.
