Ever since I can remember, I've loved Ghostbusters. I remember watching the first movie on VHS as well as The Real Ghostbusters before Ghostbusters II came out. I collected the toys, vehicles, books, anything related to Ghostbusters. Even when Ghostbusters seemed to fade out in the 90s I was excited about The Extreme Ghostbusters. In 2005 I decided I wanted to be something cool for Halloween so I made a Ghostbuster costume from a Dickie's jumpsuit and have been wearing it every since.

I was at a toy show this past weekend and saw this particular Ecto-1A on the top shelf of a vendor’s booth. I inquired about the price ($200) and the guy said it was a rare find.
