Don’t know if this has been posted before, but I was watching a Ninja Turtle video from the 90s (a weird thing promoting some kind of train) and I laughed when I saw the very stupid (and anyyoing villian that ISN’T Shredder) holding a Giga Meter from Ghostbusters 2!

What exactly is the difference between the GB1 and 2 packs? I know they’re built pretty much the same, but I heard there were color scheme changes. Can anyone help me out here?
