I’ve tried looking everywhere but I’m having a hard time figuring out how in the hell do you tighten them up. I made the mistake of trying to loosen them up and now I can’t tighten them up again. Lol anyone’s help would be greatly appreciated.

I was looking for a cheap alternative to the Corcoran boot being that Im on a tighter budget now and Halloween is approaching at an alarming rate. Those two factors plus the larger foot size(13) made it hard to find them used so I decided on a whim to see what Wal Mart had and I found these:
