Started a forum topic: Two new RGB PKE Meter builds

Both of these were commissions for separate people. One wanted it more movie style, the other more like the cartoon, so I got to do some fun variations between them.

This time I came across a Nerf Recon at the thrift store and decided it would make a good base for a Proton Pistol.
