I’m looking at building a 1/24 firehall. I estimate the measurements to be 28 inches high, 14 inches wide and 38 inches long. Does this sound right?

My Girlfriend bought me a custom head for one of my 12 inch gb figures. I know some of you guys are toy moders. Can you tell me how to pop the head off of the figure without damaging the figure?
