I just bought my 12-inch Venkman off a selleron Amazon. After opening the package, I noticed I had one of the distorted heads. I went online to find the solution, but before I could even try to fix it, I noticed his head was split! I think I’m stuck with it. Any ideas or similar problems?

My husband and I are coming to D-Con from Cleveland.
