I’m working on a portal gun (from the game portal, in the Orange Box) and I would like some advice on the white parts of the gun. I already have the rest pretty much planned out. Pepakura, fiberglass, and Vacuu-forming are beyond me.

Yeah, I was browzing the Nerf Maverick mods when I had an idea. I could alter it so it appears to vaguely resemble the Hellboy Samraritan. The one problem aside from other minor ones is how I might manage to get the B.P.R.D. logo on the handle. Any suggestions? :?
