I’ve just got myself an aluminium thrower and am in the process of getting the components ready. I’ve got my GB Fans <a href="https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/hat-lights" class="sitemap-autolink sitemap-autolink-content" data-sitemap-autolink="true" data-autolink-type="content" data-autolink-term="hat lights" data-autolink-id="2608">hat lights</a> through the post today, however, I’m not sure how best to install them.
I bought the sockets to mount them in but found they look like this:

I’ve just got myself an aluminium thrower and am in the process of getting the components ready. I’ve got my GB Fans <a href="https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/hat-lights" class="sitemap-autolink sitemap-autolink-content" data-sitemap-autolink="true" data-autolink-type="content" data-autolink-term="hat lights" data-autolink-id="2608">hat lights</a> through the post today, however, I’m not sure how best to install them.
I bought the sockets to mount them in but found they look like this:
