Need some ideas to make some easy washers? the biggest washers i can find locally are 2" O.D. x 1" I.D. Ive tried to cut them out of wood didnt work and foam core melts under paint. buying a big sheet of polystyrene is not an option. Any ideas or suggestions is appeciated. Thank you!

Looking for any one in these areas. Since I live pretty much in the middle of nowhere I dont think I will find anyone around me. I am basically just looking for people that would be willing to help a new builder out and possible pass ideas back and forth.
