Started a forum topic: PKE project using $1.00 thrift store steamers! NOW WITH PICS

I picked up 2 Rowenta brand dress steamers model DA55 for $1.00 each at a local thrift store. They have the right basic size and shape to be a perfect PKE alternative once the brushes are unclipped. It leaves a trigger on the back side and large recessed square on the “front” which can be filled w…

Started a forum topic: Gun hook...how do you make this thing let loose?!

So I have a dixie cup style gun hook system and the thing likes to grab pretty bad. I bent the tips of the hook in a little as a tip from a friend and that helped some (I can pull it off without breaking glue on the handle loose now…) but it’s still rather tight. I’m thinking of using some vaselin…

Started a forum topic: My pack is almost finished!

This has been a rush job trying to get a good pack done in time for game release in Dallas. I have around 5 days work in it and it came out pretty nice IMO. I’m waiting on a booster frame I bought from ebay, another clippard valve for the thrower, some ribbon cable from a friend, light kit, dale r…
