On
June 4th Sony Pictures and
Ghost Corp announced the decision to postpone the planned events for
Ghostbusters Day following the combined situation of the on-going
Covid-19 pandemic, and the unrest across the United States and the world following the death of
George Floyd.
Sony has now updated their schedule, announcing a mass-screening of
Ghostbusters across 31 states, as well as select screenings in Alberta, Canada, to commence on July 1st.
In addition to the movie itself, the screenings are planned to include a special message for the fans.
