This all started when my little brother (by choice) Jon asked me to help him build his costume for Halloween this year. I started looking around the forums and saw all the wonderful builds and decided that instead of just lurking, that I'd join. Being a filmmaker with little to no real budget and no big time Hollywood contacts, I pretty much build my own props and SFX rigs anyway. I tend to think my builds are decent enough, some even awesome. Seeing the builds here... let me just say that you folks are an inspiring lot and damned talented.
