In 1986 Kenner came out with a line of toys not for the hit movie but for the upcoming cartoon The Real Ghostbusters. The toy line lasted all the way till the series's demise with several different lines of action figures, playsets, plushes, vehicles and even full sized role playing weapons. Kenner's line for the Real Ghostbusters has stood the test of time much like its original line of Star Wars toys. Mostly simple in design yet all very unique; few toys lines before of since have had such a diverse line and had such a large impact.
