I figured I would start posting the statistics of the site each month to see just how much the site progresses and grows over the next year. Here are some of the key statistics for June 2008. The red/green statistics are the difference between this month and the last month.
Total Hits: 4527524 (-107018)
Total Files: 3062810 (-149985)
Total Pages: 364798 (-33540)
Total Visits: 56569 (-21542)
Total Unique Sites: 25116 (-2839)
Total Unique URLs: 34046 (-2034)
Total Unique Referrers: 10922 (-292)
Here is a breakdown.. There were roughly 25,000 visitors to the site that viewed 365,000 pages. That means on average each visitor viewed 14.6 (+1
) pages. There were 4.5 million hits in June. Roughly 11,000 urls make reference to GBFans (a large amount of these are the old GBProps).
Despite having less visitors and hits compared to May, we still increased overall in hits compared to May. The difference was that there were only 30 days in June compared to 31 days in May. If there were 31 days in June we would have gone over in numbers.
