Master Replicas made an announcement today that they would be producing Ghostbusters Collectibles and an official listing of the line up will be posted on October 31st at their future
Ghostbusters Website. Here is what the Master Replicas website has to say, including a little bit of hinting at what will be offered:
"We are extremely excited to be able to enter the Ghostbusters paranormal world”, explains CEO Michael Cookson “If you’ve always dreamed owning an officially licensed “unlicensed nuclear accelerator” or are just looking for innovative collectibles that will remind you of the legendary antics of Ray, Egon, Peter and Winston, the Master Replicas range will offer a wealth of choices.”
Working closely with Sony Pictures Consumer Products, Master Replicas will work its magic to ensure authenticity and accuracy. Master Replicas initial Ghostbusters product range will include authentic limited edition prop replicas as well as a few “surprises” just in time for the 25th anniversary of this pop-culture property.
We have seen the hints coming at us on their Forum and Newsletter, and have mostly hinted at a Ghost Trap Replica. However, this latest press release mentions the possibility of a Proton Pack being offered. We anticipate that Master Replicas will be working on releasing a
scale miniature Proton Pack, and possibly a full scale Ghost Trap among other things.
We will know for sure on October 31st, but for now feel free to speculate here:
