Effective Immediately, posting in any of the General Discussion (Off-Topic) forums will not increase your post count.

We would like to encourage more posting in the Off-Topic section of the site to help build a better community. Please feel free to share things that you enjoy or find on the internet that is interesting... but keep in mind the rules still apply.
