Special Delivery is the seventh aired episode (DVD number 05c, production number 166008A) of the first season of Slimer! And the Real Ghostbusters. It first aired on October 22, 1988. Luigi asks Slimer to deliver a lavish catered spread to a party at Rafael's estate, but Manx schemes at every turn to steal the food.

Slimer is wandering through the city bouncing a ball of slime when he hears Luigi singing inside the Ritz Cafe kitchen. He enters through the back door and finds Luigi preparing a lavish spread for Rafael's big party. Luigi is in a bind: the delivery must go out immediately, but the cafe is full of customers. Slimer volunteers to make the delivery, and Luigi ecstatically agrees, but makes Slimer swear a solemn oath on "Julia Clyde's Cook Cook" (a play on the name of famous American chef and television personality Julia Child) not to eat any of the food.
As Slimer heads through a city park with the delivery, Manx is waiting with a scheme. He plants a bomb inside a blow-up cake and leaves it in Slimer's path. Slimer takes a bite, but the cake pops and he spits out the bomb because it has no taste. The bomb lands in a dumpster where Manx is hiding. Manx frantically boards up the dumpster and piles junk on top, but is still blown away by the explosion and ends up lodged inside the Statue of Liberty.
Regrouping in the city, Manx hides in a telephone booth and calls the booth next to it just as Slimer passes. Slimer sets down the food and answers the phone. Manx finds himself stuck in his own booth and can't escape. After Slimer hangs up and leaves, Manx kicks the booth in frustration, causing it to bounce wildly through the street with him inside.
Rafael is growing impatient as the delivery runs an hour late. He calls Luigi and threatens to fire him. After hanging up, Luigi's phone explodes. Meanwhile, Manx jumps out of an alley wielding a large magnet, but misses Slimer entirely. A passing scrap metal truck is pulled toward him instead. He swings the magnet, drawing pots and pans from nearby. He then points it upward and is drawn onto the belly of a passing airplane, junk trailing behind him.
Slimer finally arrives at Rafael's estate and is struck by how wealthy he is. He bumps into Rafael, sending all the food flying up into the trees and bushes. The assembled guests, rather than being upset, interpret the arrangement as a brilliantly creative way to serve them and congratulate Rafael on his ingenuity. Slimer returns to the Ritz Cafe to find Luigi overjoyed: Rafael called to say the party was a triumph. Luigi and Slimer hold a small celebration of their own.
